Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 2, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Jobslax (“Jobslax,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website, web application, mobile application (including our Android / PWA experience), and related services (together, the “Services”) at https://jobslax.rsgdx.com/.

By using the Services, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Who we are

Jobslax is a multi-company service operations platform. It includes public marketing pages and a logged-in app for managing companies, clients, vendors, work orders, tickets, staff, and related tools.

Operator: Jobslax
Website: https://jobslax.rsgdx.com/
Privacy contact: Use the contact options published on https://jobslax.rsgdx.com/ (contact form or support email listed on the site) and mark your message as a privacy request.

2. Scope

This Policy covers information collected through:

  • Our website and marketing pages
  • Account registration, login, and dashboards
  • Company, client, vendor, staff, work order, ticket, and related records
  • Our mobile app / PWA and push notifications (including Firebase Cloud Messaging where enabled)
  • Cookies, similar technologies, and basic analytics or diagnostics used to run the Services

This Policy applies generally, wherever you access Jobslax. Local laws may give you additional rights. Where those laws apply, we honor them.

3. Information we collect

3.1 Information you provide

  • Account and profile data: name, email address, password (stored in hashed form by WordPress), phone numbers, company affiliation, role, and account settings
  • Company and roster data: company details, clients, vendors, staff, locations, trades or service types, coverage areas, notes, fees, statuses, and related business records you enter
  • Operations data: work orders, tickets, comments, revisions, photos or files you upload, and status history
  • Communications: messages you send through contact forms, claim invites, support requests, and similar channels
  • Billing-related details: plan selection and subscription status. If payment processing is enabled later, payment card or bank details are typically handled by a third-party processor and are not stored by Jobslax as full card numbers

3.2 Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, app version, pages or screens viewed, approximate timestamps, and referring URLs
  • Log and security data: login events, error logs, and technical diagnostics used to maintain and secure the Services
  • Mobile and push data: device tokens or push identifiers needed to deliver notifications, plus notification delivery metadata when push is enabled
  • Cookies and similar technologies: session cookies, preference cookies, and similar storage used for login, security, and site function

3.3 Information from others

  • Company owners or managers may invite or create profiles for clients, vendors, or staff
  • A teammate may enter information about you as part of company operations
  • If you claim an invited account, we link that invite to your login

4. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Services
  • Create and manage accounts, companies, seats, and roles
  • Support work orders, tickets, directories, and day-to-day operations
  • Authenticate users and enforce access controls and plan limits
  • Send service emails, invite or claim links, and (where enabled) push notifications
  • Respond to support and privacy requests
  • Monitor performance, prevent abuse, and protect security
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms
  • Communicate product updates related to the Services (you can opt out of non-essential marketing where required)

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Multi-company / tenant model

Jobslax is built so each company’s data is scoped to that company. Users are linked to a company. Company owners and authorized staff can view and manage records for their company. We design access so one company should not see another company’s private operational data.

If a company becomes inactive or unpaid under our plan rules, access for that company may be paused. Records may remain stored so the company can be restored later, unless deletion is requested and completed under this Policy.

6. Push notifications and mobile app

If you use our Android app, PWA, or enable push notifications, we may collect and use device push tokens and related technical identifiers to deliver alerts (for example, work order or account notices).

Push delivery may rely on third-party infrastructure such as Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM). Those providers process device tokens and delivery data under their own terms and privacy policies.

You can disable notifications in your device settings. Doing so may limit some in-app alerts.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Keep you signed in and maintain secure sessions
  • Remember preferences
  • Protect against fraud and abuse
  • Understand basic traffic and reliability of the site

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking required cookies may break login or core features.

8. How we share information

We may share information with:

  • Users in your company: owners, managers, staff, clients, or vendors who are authorized to see relevant records
  • Service providers: hosting, email delivery, push notification providers, analytics or error monitoring, and (if enabled) payment processors, only as needed to run the Services
  • Legal and safety: when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security
  • Business transfers: if Jobslax is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, information may move with the business under continued privacy protections

We do not share personal information for third-party advertising networks as a business model.

9. International access

Jobslax may be accessed from many countries. Your information may be processed and stored in locations where we or our service providers operate. By using the Services, you understand that information may be transferred across borders. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

10. Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain company records you created, meet legal and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

When you delete records in-product, we remove or mark them according to product behavior (including trash or inactive states where applicable). Backup copies may persist for a limited period before permanent deletion.

If you request account or personal data deletion, we will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize personal data we control, except where we must retain it for legal, security, or legitimate business reasons (for example, fraud prevention or dispute records).

11. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including access controls, hashed passwords, and company-scoped queries. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Please use a strong password and protect your login credentials.

12. Children

The Services are intended for business and professional use. They are not directed to children under 16 (or the higher age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

13. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

  • Access personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete personal information
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Request a portable copy of information you provided
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
  • Opt out of non-essential marketing communications

Many details can be reviewed or updated in your account or by your company owner. For privacy requests, contact us through https://jobslax.rsgdx.com/ and include enough detail for us to verify and fulfill the request.

If you are a client, vendor, or staff member whose profile was created by a company, some requests may need to be handled with that company as well, because they control operational records for their tenant.

14. Third-party links and services

The Services may link to third-party sites or embed third-party tools (for example, payment, maps, form providers, or store badges). Those services have their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for their content or policies.

15. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above and post the updated Policy on this page. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Policy, except where local law requires additional notice or consent.
