Request data deletion
Ask Jobslax to delete some or all of your data without closing your account. Company owners can wipe company records from Company Data. Everyone can reset personal prefs from Manage My Data.
How to delete data without closing your account
While logged in: open Settings → Manage My Data. Use Reset my account to clear personal preferences and push devices without closing your login.
If you are a company owner and need to remove business records: open Settings → Company Data. From there you can delete vendors, clients, staff, work orders, or wipe company data while keeping your login.
If you need help with a custom request: submit the form below. Tell us which data you want removed (for example profile details, notes, or uploaded photos).
We verify form requests, then delete or anonymize the requested data. We aim to finish within 30 days and will email you if we need more information.
Notes
Company Data is for company owners only. Manage My Data is available to every logged-in user.
To close your login entirely, use Manage My Data → Delete my account (non-owners), or the Account deletion document if you are a company owner.
