Request permanent deletion of your Jobslax account and associated personal data. Use this page for Google Play and website account deletion requests.
How account deletion works
Submit the form below with the email address on your Jobslax account. Include your company name and a phone number we can use to verify the request.
We verify ownership of the account, then delete or anonymize personal account data. Business records your company still needs (for example completed work orders) may be retained in anonymized or company-owned form where legally required.
We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when the request is finished or if we need more information.
Notes
Deleting your account signs you out of Jobslax on web and mobile. Download any records you need before you submit.
If you are a company owner, deleting your personal account may require transferring ownership first. Mention that in the form.
